One user can have access to one or more businesses in Conta. You may create an unlimited number of businesses to send invoices from*

On the front page, you will immediately see your business under the MY BUSINESS card. From there, you may switch to another business profile by clicking CHANGE BUSINESS.

When clicking on CHANGE BUSINESS, you will be taken to your list of businesses from where you can create more businesses, and manage your existing ones.

Let’s say you have both an PTY LTD and you’re a Sole Trader (Soul proprietorship). Both of these can be added as businesses in Conta, just make sure you’re creating invoices on behalf of the right one!
