Conta is a web-based, take-it-anywhere invoice service which allows you to create invoices quickly, with an interface that’s readable on any screen size as well as mobile phones. 

From the front page, you already get an overview of how much you’ve invoiced this year, what invoices you need to follow up on, and you’re always just a click away from your customers and products catalogues.

The invoices are securely generated, automatically numbered, and cannot be altered after you’ve created them. They are compliant with the legal requirements for both regular and tax (GST) invoices.

The main features of Conta

Creating invoices for free

Use Conta’s step by step invoice wizard to quickly input the necessary information, and pre-filling it with a customer you’ve already added or adding a new customer, adding a product, choosing the sending method and you’re done!

Customer register

Add an unlimited number of customers at no cost. Keep track of everything you have invoiced each customer for, and when. Bring up any customer from the register when you create an invoice to minimize the need for manual input.

Product register

Much like the customer register, you can maintain an unlimited number of products and services with prices that you can adjust – meaning any future invoice with this product will have the adjusted price.
