Turn on automated payment reminders for your clients
With the Premium subscription, you can turn on automated payment reminders. These will get sent to your client via email when an invoice is overdue.

Turning on automated payment reminders
To turn on automated payment reminders, head to your business settings, which you can find in the top-middle menu:

Go to invoice settings and click EDIT:

At the bottom of your settings, you’ll find the toggle for automated payment reminders:

By default, automated reminders are sent 3 days after the due date, but you can easily change this by entering another number. You can see what the reminder will look like on the screen. All the stars will be replaced with the invoice information.
Then simply click SAVE.
The automated reminder will be sent to the same email that you sent the invoice to.
