Change the language on your invoices

With Conta, you can send invoices in English or Spanish. This is how to change the language on your invoices.

To easily switch the language on your invoice, you can either do it while you’re making your invoice by clicking on the Invoice language dropdown on the righ of the screen:

This invoice will then switch to Spanish:

When you go to send the invoice the email that you send from Conta will also be in Spanish:

Note that this change will only affect this invoice.

If you want to permanently set your invoice language to Spanish, go to your Business settings:

Go to Invoice settings:

Then click Edit. You can now change the language on your invoices to Spanish:

You can still send one-off invoices in Conta, by changing the language when you create an invoice:
