How to delete your Conta account

Want to delete your Conta account? No hard feelings, you can do it in a few steps. 

Before you can delete your Conta account, you have to delete your business. We also strongly recommend that you download a copy of all your invoices for bookkeeping purposes and for your own records. To do that, you have to open each invoice and click VIEW INVOICE, then DOWNLOAD PDF.

Important: If you want to keep your personal Conta account, you can delete only your business from Conta.

How to delete your Conta account 

Once you’ve downloaded a copy of all your invoices and deleted your business, click PERSONAL SETTINGS in the top right-hand menu. 

On the personal settings-page, click EDIT.

Then click DELETE ME:

You have to tick the box to confirm that you’ve deleted your business or added new owners to your business. Enter your password and click DELETE USER.
