Want to downgrade your Conta subscription? No worries, you can easily do that. If you want to take advantage of the Premium features again, you’re always welcome back!

To downgrade your subscription, go to your Business settings in Conta. You can find them in the top-middle menu on desktop, or in the left hand menu on the mobile app:

Then go to the Subscription tab and click CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION:

Here you can select Basic and click CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION:

On your Subscription settings, you can see when your subscription ends. You’ll still have access to all the Premium features until your subscription ends:

Once your subscription expires, you’ll loose access to the Premium features.
